Meet Romy: a do-it-all MTB tyre built for riders who want one tyre that performs uphill, charges downhill, and stays predictable in the turns. Designed as a versatile trail and all-mountain all-rounder, Romy blends grip, control, durability, and rolling efficiency so you can spend less time choosing rubber and more time riding. The Schwalbe Romy is the all-rounder that makes tyre choice simple.
Designed for trail and all-mountain riding, it strikes the balance between low weight and aggressive capability, equally at home on steep alpine singletrack as it is on a challenging weekend tour through the hills. The Romy adapts without compromise. Lighter than a true enduro tyre yet robust and durable enough to handle whatever the trail throws at it.
The balanced tread pattern keeps rolling resistance low and the ride feeling playful and fast, while delivering the grip and control you need when the trail gets technical or the conditions turn against you. For riders who want one tyre that works everywhere and holds nothing back, the Romy is the straightforward answer. 40) ETRTO SCG2057: 61-584 SCG2059: 61-622 Confident cornering: aggressive shoulder lugs bite into the trail for improved cornering traction and control Fast, durable centre: closely spaced centre knobs with a shallow profile deliver low rolling resistance and long wear Balanced performance: optimised tread layout for a predictable feel front or rear Lightweight but tough: lighter than many enduro tyres without sacrificing robustness Diagonal Carcass: Classic, tougher construction focused on lower rolling resistance and maximum puncture protection Trail: The all-round option for classic trail riding with an excellent balance of weight and protection.
