At Stretton Bikes, we aim to make receiving your new bike as straightforward as possible. Every bike is professionally prepared by our workshop before it leaves us.

Bike Preparation

Before dispatch every bike is:

  • Fully assembled
  • Safety checked
  • Correctly adjusted
  • Test inspected by our workshop

Our aim is for every bike to arrive ready for minimal final setup.

Delivery Method

Complete bikes are delivered using The Cycle Courier Co, specialists in transporting bicycles safely throughout the UK.

Bikes are delivered largely assembled and professionally packaged.

Delivery Times

Once your bike has been prepared and is ready for dispatch, our aim is to deliver it within 5 working days.

Delivery times may occasionally vary depending on courier schedules or demand.

Delivery Charges

  • FREE delivery on complete bikes over £1,000
  • £60 delivery charge on complete bikes under £1,000

The correct delivery charge should be automatically applied during checkout.

Delivery Area

We currently deliver complete bikes to:

  • England
  • Wales

We do not currently deliver complete bikes to:

  • Scotland
  • Northern Ireland
  • Isle of Man
  • Channel Islands
  • International destinations

Receiving Your Bike

Your bike will arrive professionally packaged.

Before riding we recommend:

  • Checking tyre pressures
  • Straightening the handlebars if required
  • Installing pedals if supplied separately
  • Carrying out a final safety check

If you need assistance, our team is always happy to help.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery.

Please retain all packaging and provide photographs where possible to help us investigate.
