Product availability shown on the website reflects our best information at the time of your order. In-stock items are held at Stretton Bikes or available for immediate dispatch. Available-to-order items are supplied via our authorised supplier network within the lead times shown on the product page.

Placing an order or submitting an enquiry does not guarantee supply until we confirm availability, pricing and delivery details with you.

All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Card payments for confirmed orders are processed securely by Square at checkout.

Finance and Cycle to Work purchases are handled as separate enquiries. Submitting a finance or Cycle to Work enquiry does not complete a card checkout — we will contact you to discuss eligibility and next steps.

Complete bikes are professionally assembled, safety checked and prepared by our workshop before handover or dispatch. Delivery charges, timescales and geographical limits are set out in our Delivery Policy.

Your statutory rights are unaffected. Our Returns Policy explains how to return goods, eligibility for refunds or exchanges, and any exclusions that apply to bespoke, used or ex-demo products.

Ex-demo bikes may be held locally at Stretton Bikes or offered as supplier ex-demo stock available to order. Condition, usage and any cosmetic marks are described on the product page where that information has been supplied.
