The X-One-G Max is engineered for gravel racing at the highest level, converting every watt into direct forward drive. Developed alongside elite athletes and validated through demanding race conditions, it delivers a precise balance of low weight, structural rigidity and controlled stability across rough terrain. The streamlined profile and patented single-sided engagement system reflect a clear focus on efficiency and fluid pedal motion.
At 145 g per pedal, it offers a lightweight yet robust platform built for sustained race performance. A 650 mm² contact area paired with a 67 mm wide body ensures confident shoe interface and consistent power transfer, while the platform geometry is shaped for secure engagement during high-intensity efforts and technical sections.
The SPD-compatible mechanism features adjustable release tension, allowing riders to fine-tune retention to suit terrain and preference. Internally, a premium bearing configuration with dual ball bearings, a steel plain bearing and protective seals delivers smooth, long-lasting rotation. The recycled aluminium body is precision machined to optimise stiffness and durability for competitive gravel use.
