Overview

About this product

The Contact is the ultimate everyday urban commuter tyre

Fast, reliable, and built to last. Designed for hybrid bikes and serious touring cyclists alike, it delivers the perfect balance of speed, safety, and durability. A uniform centre tread ensures a smooth, efficient ride on tarmac, while flexible shoulder lugs with fine sipes provide secure grip on wet, loose, or uneven surfaces such as gravel paths and towpaths. The tough gumwall sidewall resists urban wear and the extra load of tandem use, while the ultra-fine polyamide carcass reduces rolling resistance for added comfort and efficiency. Fully E-bike compatible, the Contact helps extend battery life and enhances your ride, day after day.

Features • Fast, safe, comfortable, and long-lasting everyday urban tyre • Uniform centre tread for smooth rolling and consistent performance • Shoulder lugs with fine sipes for confident grip on wet or loose surfaces • Gumwall sidewall for strength and durability in urban environments • Safety System breaker layer under the tread for dependable puncture protection • Reflective sidewall option for enhanced visibility • E-bike compatible to help extend battery range
